Choose the Jade Coast for holidays accessible on foot or by bicycle. Explore Pornic, from the castle to the old port, passing through shops and restaurants. Located 350m from the historic centre and 950m from the Noëveillard beach, this renovated 95m² house with a closed garden has a master suite on the first floor (single or double bed of 160), a double bedroom (160 bed) and a study/bedroom on the ground floor (140 sofa bed), thus able to accommodate up to 6 people.  
  
  
  
To help you feel at home, the open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter and capsule coffee machine, a citrus press, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. The living room has a television and Wi-Fi access. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, each room has its own dual-flow hot/cold air conditioning and a washing machine, hairdryer, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers are also available. You can park up to two vehicles on the enclosed ground.

From the large beaches of Saint-Brevin-Les Pins to the coves of Pornic, the coastline draws an animated coast with multiple landscapes, coves, fine sandy beaches, marshes and hedgerows. Between two swims and a session of rock pooling, stroll at the foot of the castle on the quays of Pornic. For your bike rides, a marked cycle path runs along the 43 km of the coast (velocean).  
  
Above all, do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities from the shellfish area of La Plaine sur Mer such as the "Bouchot Mussels" and "Spirulina and Algae of Retz", the famous Ice Creams and jams of "La Fraiseraie" Pornic, the famous cakes and Galettes "St-Michel", in moderation the Pornic beer "Brigantine" and without forgetting the unique local cheese as good hot as cold "Le curé Nantais".
