### Family home with jacuzzi for 6

Located in a dead end, this family house of 135m² is situated on a closed and secure garden of 1900m² with a jacuzzi and children's play area and can accommodate up to 6 people.  
  
  
  
The house consists on the ground floor of an open kitchen and back kitchen equipped with a gas hob with three ovens as well as all the necessary household appliances so that you feel at home: American-style fridge, microwave, ovens, Delonghi bean coffee machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, mixer, cooker, air fryer, raclette machine and kitchen utensils. The TV lounge - dining room with Wi-Fi access and wood stove gives access to the 100m² terrace and garden. An air-conditioned suite with double bed (160 bed), private bathroom and then an independent toilet complete this level.  
  
  
  
The first floor has two double rooms (160 and 140 beds) each with access to a balcony, then a shower room and an independent toilet. For maximum comfort, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, electric barbecue, sun loungers, garden furniture and parasol are also made available to you. You have four parking spaces adjacent to the house and a carport with a secure socket for charging your electric vehicle. A cycle path outside the main roads allows you to reach the city centre of Pornic in just a few minutes.
