Ideally located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Marie sur Mer and in the immediate vicinity of the "Plage Montbeau", the accommodation is situated in the residence "Les Cèdres Bleus". All essential shops are close to the residence. The Bluegreen Golf of Pornic is just a stone's throw away and bus lines allow you to reach the city centre of Pornic. The apartment (level 1 access without stairs) of 47m² has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a sofa bed (140 mattress) thus accommodating up to 4 people. It consists of an open kitchen fitted and equipped with induction hobs, an oven and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. A living room with TV and wifi access leads to the 5m² balcony with outdoor furniture. A bathroom with independent toilet completes the rental. A hairdryer, table and iron and a washing machine are also at your disposal. You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.
