Long story short it didn’t turn off and after getting to the point of exhaustion we finally fell asleep. Spoke to the staff member in the morning and he didn’t really care. Sent an email to the manager and was given a reply that next door neighbours extractor fan was left on. I’m not stupid and could tell it’s more than that and also it means someone there is lying which isn’t the best service. Stayed here before and it was amazing so I suggest if they offer you room 12 refuse. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. We release that there is always a little more noise at weekends, but we could clearly hear the beats of a nearby club until the early hours of the morning. Tip - If staying at the weekend, ask for a room at the front section of the hotel. We love the hotels position for the shops etc and the staff are fantastic.
