You will be staying in a 2-room apartment called "Villa Sand (PRC622)" that spans 60 square meters on the 1st floor. The living/dining room features a double sofa bed (160 cm), a satellite TV with a flat screen, and an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room with a french bed. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower, bidet, and WC. Please note that there is no heating option in this vacation rental.

The terrace is roofed and furnished with terrace furniture, offering a view of the swimming pool. Complimentary WiFi internet is provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, but a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed.
