Holiday Apartment Nik, 5 km from Poreč/beach, with private hot tub & garden

Our holiday apartment is situated in Croatian region called Istria, in a quiet village called Mihatovići, only 3-4 kilometers from croatian tourism centre Poreč and it’s beautiful beaches. Through the village passes a well known “old rail road” called Parenzana, which is a great solution for riding a bike, jogging or simply going for a walk. We offer you 2 bicycles to drive around free of charge, but there is also public transportation at affordable price – e city bus.

If you however come by car, one private parking place is availabe for you.
The neighborhood and the property itself are both very quiet and peacefull. The house is situated in a dead end street which means it has almost no traffic. The apartment is actually second half of a family house with its own private entrance and private garden.
Fully equipped apartment for 2-4 guests, but it best suits for 2 people. It is suitable for a couple, a pair with a baby/child or 2-4 friends.
The whole property is in ground-floor with no barriers, which makes it wheelchair accessible and suitable for elderly, as well for the parents with babies and very young children.
Accommodation consist of 1 bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2) and very comfortable sofa bed in the living area which can accommodate two extra people.
The bedroom is decorated in romantic hues of fuchsia. Includes a double bed, 2 night stands and wardrobe. Bed linen, sheets, blankets and towels are all included. There is a nice “green” view from the bedroom window to the garden.
