This simple single-family house provides a tranquil oasis with a private fenced property spanning 500 m2, complete with a wildlife garden, an inviting angular swimming pool (3 x 6 m, depth 130 cm, available seasonally from June 1 to October 30), a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Enjoy the convenience of internet WiFi and private parking for up to 2 cars on the premises.

You will stay in a cosy 2-room house with an area of 50 square meters. The living/dining room is furnished with a sofa bed that measures 120 cm wide and 200 cm long, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room provides access to the terrace. The house also includes one bedroom with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, satellite TV, and air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property features an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additional amenities include a shower/WC, wood heating, forced-air heating, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. You are allowed to bring one pet or dog during your vacation.  
  
Other Information  
The furnishings in the house are described as cosy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your vacation. The living/dining area serves as a multipurpose space where you can relax, dine, and enjoy the warmth of the open-hearth fireplace.
