FREE Wi-Fi, AIR, & GARDEN GRILL, FAMILY FRIENDLY The Apartment is located on the ground floor with the direct access to its own private garden full of flowers, herbs, olive trees and lavender. The garden is exclusively your oasis of relaxation, grilling, reading in silence and can be interrupted only by the birdsong. On the garden terrace is a large table for 6 people next to the your private grill. The Apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, new, modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sleeping accommodation for two and the exit to the balcony terrace on the front side of the house. Two parking spaces are at the entrance of the house. The Apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb called Kukci, only 2 km away from the beach and 3 km from the center of the historic City of Porec. Nearby, there is the excellent restaurant 'Marina' and the grocery shop with daily fresh bread rolls and food. You can arrive to City of Pore? in 5 minutes by car. City is almost 2.000 years old and it’s located in the harbor guarded from the Sea by the Islet of Sveti Nikola. Since the 1970's Pore? has been one of the main centers of Croatian tourism thanks to very mild climate with more than 3850 hours of sunshine per year. Take time to visit the Euphrasius Basilica from the 6th century. In 1997, Basilica entered on the UNESCO World Heritage List. In the old City you can still find well preserved Roman Fort, romantic cobblestone streets and Roman square with two Temples. Also, few houses from the Romanesque period and several beautiful Venetian-Gothic Palazzen are worth seeing too. Near the Apartment is the only open geological monument located in Istria, the cave of Baredine. Only few kilometars away is the famous Observatory in Visnjan. Worth seeing is the 12 kilometers long Lim Canal ('Limfjord'), famous for its oysters and mussels and its significant cultural and historical Caves. City of Pore? and the whole Istria County are well known for its Cuisine, Culinary Fairs and Wine Routes. For music lovers, there are many Concerts as well as for the art lovers a series of Exhibitions and small Galleries. We can offer you variety of sports like tennis, volleyball, kayaking, biking, water-skiing, scuba diving, hang gliding, mini golf or you can explore various attractions such as ski lift, adrenaline park, go-karting, aqua park etc. You can leave some time for swimming and sunbathing by the Sea, enjoying 37 km of Pore? Riviera. After a full day of exploring you can return to your oasis and enjoy with a glass of good Istrian wine and a barbecue dinner made by your self. Sehr gemütlicher Garten mit überdachter Terasse ,die es auch bei Regen ermöglicht draussen zu sitzen. Schattiger Autostellplatz.Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Stauraum und in der Küche findet man wirklich alles was man braucht.Zum Strand fährt man je nachdem 5 bis 10 Minuten. Und Porec ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit fussläufig.Rundum eine tolle Zeit verbracht,absolute Weiterempfehlung und wenn wir nichmal nach Istrien kommen sollten werden wir sicher wieder bei Teuta anfragen. Für uns 4 war sie etwas zu klein und hatte wenig Stauraum. Aber dafür gibt es einen schönen großen Garten. Außerdem einen schattigen Stellplatz für das Auto, was bei den Temperaturen super war. Bei Temperaturen permanent über 30 Grad waren wir froh, die gut arbeitende und leise Klimaanlage zu haben. Zum Meer keine 10 Min. mit dem Auto. Für uns perfekt. Sehr gastfreundliches, schnell antwortendes Gastgeber-Ehepaar. Einziges Manko (für das die Gastgeber nichts können): Morgens und abends verhältnismäßig geräuschvolle Nachbarn neben und über der Wohnung, was natürlich eine „Momentaufnahme“ und ggf. zu tolerieren ist. Es ist sehr geräumig und war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist wunderbar, um dort morgens gemütlich zu frühstücken oder abends auf der Liege zu entspannen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in Porec. In 100m Entfernung gibt es eine kleine Café-Bar und einen Minimarkt, bei dem man morgens auch frische Brötchen bekommt. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin lief problemlos, schnell und war super freundlich. Da unsere Tochter krank war, konnten wir erst zwei Tage später anreisen. Uns wurde daher angeboten, dass wir kostenlos noch zwei Tage länger bleiben können. Wir können das Apartment zu 100 Prozent empfehlen! ##### Jan H. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet (auch Gewürze etc., was selten ist!). Der Garten mit Grill und schöner, überdachter Sitzgelegenheit ist natürlich das Highlight. Überdachter Privatparkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Ruhige Umgebung mit Shop, zwei kleinen Cafés/Bars und super Seafood-Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöne Strände in 8min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Teuta war super herzlich und freundlich und sie hat jede Frage sofort beantwortet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Die beiden Terassen und der gepflegte Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein. Das Restaurant Marina liegt nur 150m entfernt und bietet leckere Gerichte an. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich. Jul 14, 2018 #### Tolle Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht und mehr. Der Garten ist prima für Kinder geeignet, da komplett zu, man braucht sich keine Sorgen machen, dass ein Kind auf die Straße rennt. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Ein kleiner Schaden in der Wohnung wurde direkt behoben und die Wäsche wurde nach einer Woche gewechselt. Mit dem Auto kann man von hier aus die Stadt, den Strand und auch die Supermärkte schnell erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ##### Verena D. Sauber und gepflegt mit einer Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen! Das Bad (da bin ich echt überempfindlich) ist sauber, frei von jeglichen Mängeln. Der Garten ist gemütlich und gepflegt. In der Küche ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Genau so, wie beschrieben! Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gibt jede Menge Infomaterial zur Umgebung. Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben von Istrien einiges gesehen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Stadt Rovinj - Porec ist aber auch sehr schön! In jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Auch angesichts einer ebenso zuvorkommenden und professionellen Vermieterin. Haben sehr kurzfristig angefragt und sehr schnell eine Zusage erhalten!!! 2 Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kamin, Garten und Balkon... die Wohnung bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Eine Grillwurst und ein lecker Wein, im übrigen im Kühlschrank zu finden, ;o) kann man am Abend im Garten genießen und den Tag revue passieren lassen. Ausreichend Infromationsmaterialien haben wir von Teuta bekommen, auchso Tipps zu Restauarants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden... Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung Urlaub buchen. Wir wünschen Teuta nicht nur für diese Saison alles Liebe, viele nette Gäste und "Wiederholungstäter".... DIe Wohnung ist einfach super und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen angenehmen, relaxten Urlaub zu haben. Der Garten ist ein grosses + und es ist sehr angenehm hier morgens zu frühstucken. Die Lage ist sehr ruhing und zentral in Istriën gelegen und man ist in wenigen minuten in Porec. Im dorf findet man einen kleinen Laden um morgens frische brötchen zu holen und das ausgezeichnete Restaurant Marina, empfehlenswert! Von Anfrage bis Abreise war der Kontakt mit Teuta sehr herzlich und wir werden dann auch bei einem nächsten Besuch bestimmt dieses Apt. wieder buchen! Apr 10, 2013 #### Absolut erholsam - gerne wieder :-) Wir waren letzten Sommer das erste Mal in der Gegend und haben uns gleich verliebt :-) Es ist nicht weit in die Stadt Porec, aber wir hatten die absolute Ruhe, wann immer wir sie haben wollten. Die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Tagesausflüge erhalten. Durch den großen Garten und den herrlichen Grill haben wir selten das Abendleben in Porec besucht, denn uns war es besonders wichtig, dass wir Ruhe und Erholung genießen konnten. Es ist absolut idyllisch abends auf der eigenen Terrasse mit einem leckeren Wein und dem eigenen Lieblingsgericht. Der Strand ist einfach schön und wir konnten uns unglaublich gut erholen.
