The side wing of the building is closed off for private use but not occupied. As Seascape is surrounded by sheep and cattle farms, you might hear some farming activities. Being surrounded by trees and native plants, you might come across bugs, Insect screens in the lounge and kitchen keep the bugs out. Wi-Fi Connection is supplied via satellite, it can be affected by the weather. Mobile coverage can be patchy and certain providers have stronger reception. Water is harvested from rain - this is the only water source. Please use with care.
