The waitress ignored our request and chatted to staff. We booked a Junior Suite. The bathroom was tiny for a suite. This is more of a 2.5 star than 4 star as they advertise. I made a complaint asking for a refund but was offered an upgrade on my next stay. As if I’d ever think of staying here again. I’ve given two stars as the staff at the front of the hotel and the man making the eggs was very friendly and welcoming. Stay here if you like dirty bedding, poor service and a tiny bathroom."
