The Space: Town Centre location, extensive harbour views and only minutes from Poole Quay! This 7th floor, two bedroom apartment is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous wonderful restaurants and bars, five minutes walk to the main shopping area and just a minutes\` walk from the Quay and all its activities. A beautiful apartment, furnished in a contemporary style. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment also benefits from a wrap-around corner balcony with wonderful harbour views. The smart and stylish kitchen area contains all modern appliances. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with ensuite bathroom (separate shower cubicle). Second bedroom (3ft twin beds) with wall mounted TV and a family bathroom (bath with shower over). Parking - One allocated parking space in the developments own gated area. Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers. Technology - WIFI. Flatscreen TV in the lounge. Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven / gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer. Restrictions - No smoking. No pets. The Neighborhood: POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train; the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter? The beauty of Poole Town is that all of these attractions and facilities are within easy walking distance of each other.
