The Space: Aurora South is a stunning second floor apartment built to a high standard with floor to ceiling windows in both bedrooms and open plan living/kitchen/dining room. Furnished with a contemporary feel perfect for the whole family to enjoy their stay. Located a short walk from the vibrant village of Ashley Cross which offers a variety of local bars, restaurants and coffee shops. This impressive apartment located on the second floor of a purpose built block with underground parking for one car. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors leading to a south facing balcony. Comfortable seating in the living room with a 50inch Smart TV and Xbox games console. The kitchen offers breakfast bar with 5 bar stools, electric oven, induction hob, built-in fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Master Bedroom with King size 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe. En-suite shower room (walk-in double shower, W.C, basin and heated towel rail) Second bedroom with King Size zip and link 5ft bed (can be split into 2x 2ft 6ins singles on request). Family Bathroom (bath with shower over, W.C, basin and heated towel rail). Parking - There is one parking space within the development's underground parking.
