« We had a minor issue with our fridge but the maintenance guy was over quickly and we were well taken care of. Our TV had some strange issue where the sound didn’t come through on about half of the channels but we didn’t stay there to watch TV anyway. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. No breakfast but we were aware of that ahead of time and there was a dynamite place next door. Great sports bar nearby for dinner. Not near a lot of options but it was a great stay nonetheless. « Impossible d’accéder à ma chambre alors que mon paiement est bien fait.
Je me suis retrouvée au téléphone pendant 30 minutes sans solution. La seule qu’on me proposait était de refaire une réservation et de payer une nouvelle fois !
Il faisait nuit, j’étais seule dehors avec mes 2 filles !
