### L’Escapade du Quai - Proche Gare

Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 60 m² apartment for rent in Pontivy, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)  
\- A bathroom (with bathtub)  
\- A separate toilet  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Pontivy, in a very pleasant environment facing the towpath. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.  
  
Activities:   
\- Visit the Château des Rohan  
\- Stroll through the medieval and Napoleonic quarters  
\- Discover the floating tourist office on the Duchesse Anne barge  
\- Take a bike ride or walk along the Nantes-Brest canal  
\- Try kayaking, paddleboarding, or a boat trip on the Blavet  
\- Admire the chapels (e.g., Sainte-Noyale) and take part in L'Art dans les Chapelles in summer
