This was already unacceptable, but it gets worse: the place was also dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We tried to contact the host multiple times in every possible way, but received no response at all. We were left in a very stressful and uncomfortable situation with a family of seven and no proper place to sleep. This is absolutely not what we paid for, and the lack of communication made it even worse. We expected at least a prompt solution, but the silence says enough. J’avais proposé à l’établissement d’échanger par téléphone pour partager mon ressenti, mais j’attends toujours leur appel. Vous souhaiter en savoir la cause ? • À mon arrivée, on m’a indiqué la chambre n°10 alors que la numérotation affichée s’arrêtait à 9, ça commence fort. • La porte d’entrée ne comportait pas de poignées, comment est ce possible ? Le froid y rentre facilement. • Un plateau de petit-déjeuner sale, visiblement laissé par les précédents occupants, était encore sur la table. • Un trou était visible dans le mur de la chambre. • Un bruit constant provenant du système d’aération. • La vue donnait sur une tondeuse autoportée détériorée juste devant la « porte d’entrée ». • Enfin, la présence d’araignées dans les toilettes et du chauffe serviette est écœurant. Je regrette vraiment cette expérience et je trouve ça consternant que cet hôtel existe. Toiles d'araignée présentent partout bien entendu les locataires aussi. Le meilleur est la salle de bain elle est magnifique, cependant lorsque l'on prend la douche la surprise arrive, la belle douche à l'italienne avec des pentes d'écoulement à inonder la salle de bain, mais la raclette est à disposition. L'écoulement de la douche est également à revoir. En plus ils osent appeler ce logement un loft. De plus une odeur de renfermé et d'humidité règne dans ce sublime Loft. Für eine Nacht ganz okay. War nur ein Stopp auf der Durchreise. Hierzu war es in Ordnung. Von einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich abraten. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, wenn man mit Waschbecken und Dusche im selben Raum neben dem Bett leben kann. Das WC und die "Küche" sind zumindest durch Türen getrennt. Die Rezeption war abends um 19:00 nicht besetzt und man musste den Schlüssel in einem dunkeln Wintergarten auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes selbst vom Tisch nehmen. Welche Schlüssel / Zimmer war allerdings nicht bekannt. Erst nach einem Telefonat, was zum Glück, schnell und freundlich von Statten ging, konnte mir die Dame sagen, welchen Schlüssel ich nehmen darf. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, somit hätten wir auch freie Wahl gehabt. ;-) Eigentlich hätten wir eine SMS erhalten sollen mit der dem Hinweis auf die Zimmernummer. Diese haben wir aber nicht erhalten. Praktisch war, dass man das Auto fast direkt vor der Türe parken konnte. Somit wäre auch bei schlechtem Wetter nur ein kurzer Weg zum Zimmer. Was auch dann schon wieder zum Nachteil wird. Denn man kommt direkt vom Garten ins Zimmer und bringt somit auch leicht den Schmutz ins Zimmer. Alles in Allem würde ich hier jederzeit wieder einen Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise einplanen. Wenn man den Ablauf mit dem Schlüssel kennt, ist es in Ordnung. Je n'ai pas les mots… Vous arrivez sur un lieu laissé à l'abandon... On m'explique que la poignée de la porte a été abîmé lors d'un mariage. Je veux bien. Mais arriver à 20h, et avoir la porte entrouverte et donc une chambre à 15°. J'ai dû attendre minuit chauffage à fond pour ne plus grelotter. De plus, la chambre à un taux d'humidité défiant toute concurrence. La preuve en est avec le plafond qui tombe en lambeaux. Le volet de la porte fenêtre ne fonctionne pas. La fenêtre qui donne dans la douche n'a pas de volet. Sachant que la douche est dans la chambre donc dès le matin on est réveillé. Du-moins réveillé... Pour cela, il faudrait avoir réussi à dormir. Car je peux vous promettre que dormir dans des draps humides avec une VMC qui fait un bruit de fou pour réussir à évacuer l'humidité de la pièce… C'est bien dommage, car cette chambre a tout pour être agréable. Et cela avait très bien commencé avec un SMS m'expliquant la marche à suivre si j'arrivé après 19 heures. Cela faisait très professionnel. Cela s'arrête là. Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre sur les réseaux, donc j'aurais préféré le faire de vive voix dès le lendemain matin. Juste 1 sms pour nous donner le numéro de notre chambre et où prendre les clés (service minimum) . Pour les petits déjeuners 1 biscotte et 1 pot de confiture par personne on est loin des buffets de certains établissements dans la même catégorie de prix. Pour la clim elle n'existe pas. Par contre nous avons bien entendu le bruit insupportable d'un groupe de froid placé juste au dessus de la porte de chambre. Dommage que l'on en ait pas profité. L'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte d'entrée relevé du défit. Porte fermée il reste environ un centimètre de jour tout autour de la porte c'est le top pour l'isolation phonique.
