We like the hotel and our stay. However. The air conditioner was not working because we were not in the season for it. Too bad because I paid for a 4 star hotel with all these amenities included (even the air conditioner). We complained about that, a d on the second day thay offered us another room with A/C, but we declined for the inconvenience of moving all our things after settling in the first room. But that eas nice of them. Begoña was very helpful, accommodating and nice. So it was Monica. Pablo Quintero

Modern building but really nice hotel
Great staff. Super clean, comfortable rooms. Gorgeous rooftop deck. Great breakfast. Would gove a 10, but I prefer more historic type building. Putting that aside, first rate in every way. Right on the Camino Littoral. Buon Camino!

Excellent customer service
The Hotel Maroa in Vigo, Spain was a delight! The accommodations and great rooftop breakfast/lounge area is ideal. The best part is their excellent customer service. The staff went out of their way to help us with taxi service and served us a wonderful meal right before closing time as we got in late. As we thanked them for everything, their reply was “of course and happy to help in any way!” Most genuine indeed.

BEST LOCATION!
If you are planning to explore the city center and walking around town THIS is the best hotel to stay! The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is SUPER frendly and helpful and the location is THE BEST! definitely book here!

Nice hotel with walking distance to area with pubs, restaurants and cafes. Close to shopping mall, easy and quick access to motorway. Hotel very clean, tasty breakfast with large selection of dishes. Nice and helpful staff. Underground parking located 200 m from the hotel.

Good stay, would stay again.
Good stay. Nice hotel situated right by the sea. Friendly staff. Big room. Modern bathroom. Clean. The complimentary bottles of water on each floor are very useful. Would definitely stay again. Only 2 pieces of feedback, the live wires were exposed on the iron power cord, which is very dangerous. There should be a health and safety review of the irons at the hotel. The breakfast price on the day is overpriced for the area and selection of food available. However if you buy breakfast at check-in for the reduced price then this is fair.

Staff were great. We were walking the Portugal Coastal Caminho in rain and a sick son. They let him check in early and with the air conditioning we finally go some relief from the humidity.

Great staff and lovely roof terrace for drinks!
This is lovely hotel in a good position in Vigo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only negative is the air con isn’t very cold, so it could get warm. The rooftop bar was lovely with well priced drinks.

Well kept old, very well located near the ensanche, close to Vasco histórico and city pier. Small room for 3 pax with very limited space and few available outlets to charge/ connect phones, tablets and laptops. Staff very friendly, offering well served breakfast and parking option nearby.
