This Old, comfortable villa in Pontedassio,Italy is a 3-story detached property surrounded by trees and vineyards. It offers a private 2'000 m2 park with a terraced garden, meadow, orchard, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, available from 15th May to 30th September). The villa also features a fitness room, storage room for bicycles, and parking on the premises. Enjoy the convenience of having a shop, grocery store, supermarket, shopping center, and restaurant within 1 km, making it an ideal holiday rental.  
  
Outdoors  
Unwind in the tranquil outdoor spaces of this property. It boasts a terraced garden with a natural garden, meadow, and orchard, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and exploration. The highlight is the seasonal outdoor swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 160 cm), available from May 15th to September 30th, perfect for cooling off during the warmer months. You will be staying in a 5-room villa spanning 200 square meters on the ground floor. The stylish and cozy furnishings include a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a dining room, one double bedroom, and a kitchen/living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. The kitchen/living room leads to a balcony. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet on the ground floor. The upper floor features one double bedroom with a balcony exit, a room with two 90cm x 200cm beds, and a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet. The top floor boasts a double bedroom with a rooflight and hand-basin. The villa has parquet floors throughout.

You will have access to a balcony, three terraces, a patio, and a garden during your vacation. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue, a covered balcony, and a box-room. The property offers beautiful panoramic views of the countryside and the resort. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, a hair dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and one pet or dog is allowed.
