These listings all refer to the same property and are simply different booking options designed to accommodate groups of varying sizes and budgets. This approach allows smaller groups to enjoy the home at a lower price point while still giving larger groups the option to reserve the full property. Only one reservation is accepted at a time, and the home is never shared between separate guest groups. Our beach house is a private 3-bedroom oceanfront home designed for relaxing coastal stays with family and friends. Located directly on the sand, the home offers unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views, private beach access, and spacious indoor-outdoor living areas so guests can fully enjoy the natural beauty of South Ponte Vedra Beach. The home features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for groups traveling together.
