The property is a new house, very close to the beaches of Pópulo and Militias (300 meters), on the south coast of the island of São Miguel, in Livramento, 4.8 km from the center of Ponta Delgada.
It consists of 3 large double bedrooms with plenty of natural light, living room, equipped kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with shower, 1 wc (toilet and washbasin) and large yard with barbecue. Parking is easy on the street.

Very nice house with all accommodation. We are 6 and you could live outside. You could put your car in the street. I recommend.
