We stayed only one night to see Ponta Delgada and have a night out. It was walking distance from all the nice restaurants and clubs. It is on a quiet road right next to everything. It is near a farmer's market and a very nice cafe/restaurant. The access to a parking space also contributed to the positive experience. The only initial hiccup was getting in contact with the manager for the address to the property. It was smooth sailing after that was ironed out. You can feel confident to book this property. Couple of blocks to Farmers market and small supermarket. Easy to reach all the restaurants. Great big balcony. Cons: Very difficult to get in and out of the garage. Apartment needs more stuff. The furniture and bedding was new, yet not a great quality (very stiff mattress and one flat pillow per person). Kitchen, although we didn’t use a lot, could greatly benefit by having a little more dishes and utensils. We had to buy a knife to cut bread and cheese.
