### Comfortable MOBILE HOME for 2 to 6 people, Domaine de Kerlann

Domaine de KERLANN, 4 \* campsite Siblu village.  
Rental of IRM Aventura mobile home year 2017 of 41m², new, accompanied by a fully covered terrace of 16m2 working.  
Mobile home 2/6 people fully equipped including:  
1 parental suite with double bed 140/190, dressing room and shower room + wc.  
2 bedrooms with two single beds each and storage cupboard. Possibility of installing a cot in one of the two bedrooms.  
1 shower room and separate wc.  
The living space consists of an equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, complete crockery and complete kitchen kit; 1 living room with large corner sofa, television and DVD player.  
Additional equipment: dishwasher / washing machine and vacuum cleaner.  
The terrace consists of a modern, comfortable and modular garden furniture.  
2 deckchairs available to take advantage of the sunshine on the plot.  
An electric plancha.  
The terrace has two accesses, the main one closed by a gate for the safety of children.  
Mobile home with mosquito nets and blackout blinds.  
Our plot is located in a quiet, non-busy dead end, very close to the aquatic and entertainment complex (FUN ZONE).  
ON SITE: aquatic complex (outdoor pools, spalsh area intended for young children, slide / indoor pool with paddling pool, jacuzzi, slide, toilets, showers and changing rooms). Numerous activities, mini-market, gym, restaurant, kids-teens club, numerous play areas in the park.  
FUN PASS names guaranteeing security of access to these infrastructures.  
2 adult fun-pass and 2 child-fun pass offered for stays of a week minimum.  
Campsite open from February to November (closed after the All Saints holidays, Halloween entertainment). Indoor pool open from mid-March and end of All Saints holidays.   
Swimming pools heated to 31 °.  
Campsite located 2.5 km from Pont Aven and 5 km from the beaches.  
  
5% discount for two weeks rented (on the cheapest week)  
  
Provide sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as household linen (towels and tea towels).  
  
Provide household products and sponge.  
Cleaning remains the responsibility of the tenant  
  
A deposit (by check for France or cash) will be requested upon your arrival, during the inventory. 900.00 Euros for movable property and 80.00 Euros for cleaning. They will be kept, not cashed and will be returned to you at the departure inventory if all is in conformity (general condition of the interior and exterior M-H as well as the cleaning).   
  
Certificate of civil responsibility requested.

#### De l'espace et du confort

Le domaine SIBLU est à la hauteur de ce qu’il affiche. Idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de Pont-Aven et Nevez. Equipements de qualité et bien entretenus, personnel disponible et extrêmement courtois. Un domaine aquatique qui ravira petits et grands Divertissements équilibrés qui garantissent la quiétude de l’endroit, les soirées sont animées tout en préservant la qualité de nos nuits. L’internet via le WIFI est efficace, mais payant. Le mobil-home est idéalement situé, à « deux minutes » à pieds de la « Fun Zone » et de l’ensemble des commodités. Il est très spacieux, sa superficie est un vraiment un plus. Ses deux salles de bains à disposition apportent un haut niveau de confort et de praticité. Fini, les attentes et les crispations familiales derrière les portes de douches ! A noter que deux WC sont également à disposition et enfin qu’un lave-linge également disponible nous évite la corvée de la « blanchisserie ». Côté cuisine, rien ne manque, du lave-vaisselle à la Plancha. Les petits moins : L’ensemble manque de déco personnelle qui habituellement ajoute du charme et une identité à un espace de vie. Côté jardin, c’est pauvre et les bains de soleil sont spartiates. De jolies plantes et fleurs, une petite allée gravillonnée et de vrais transats nous amèneraient sans nul doute au Paradis. Très bon séjour, je recommande.

Hébergement neuf tout confort, avec une propreté impeccaple. Le camping est tout aussi génial, animations, club enfants, centre aquatique. De plus les propriétaires sont super! Je recommande fortement cette location!!

Le mobile home était parfait, neuf, très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis et accompagnés par les propriétaires avec qui nous avons beaucoup sympathisé.. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette location très bien située dans le domaine, proche de toutes les activités . Nous sommes tellement ravis de notre séjour que nous souhaitons relouer ce même mobile home l’année prochaine..!!! Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur superbe accueil et la qualité et le soin apporté à leur mobile home.
