Staff was friendly and helpful. Before we left USA, they booked a table for us at a local restaurant when we requested they do so via email. We were concerned because it was a Saturday night. On premises they were helpful as well. Parking places are small so book a small car! Do call them before you arrive if you’re booking one of their indoor parking spaces. They can help you make it easier than pulling up in front of hotel. There is no place to easily pull over.

Large room, comfortable stay
Our room at the Le Cheval Blanc for 3 was one of the largest we had during our trip to Normandy. The bathroom was by far the most spacious, and we had a great view of the Harbor. We stayed in the main building and would definitely recommend that.

Nice overnight stay in Honfleur, the hotel looks a little sad from the exterior but once inside it is fine. Nice rooms and helpfull staff in a great location.

We loved the older French decor, view and location. The breakfast was beautiful and all ready at the appointed time. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our room had lovely air conditioning. The one item that I would suggest is to clean the tile floor in our room daily. Other than that we are returning next year!

This is a nice hotel in a very busy place. The rooms were good and the harbour view was spectacular. It is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. Parking was an adventure as it was located far from the hotel up a small road to a tiny lot which holds about 10 cars. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay!

Great staff, nice breakfast. We had a corner room on the port, which was very pleasant. Only negative was a high step to get into the shower / bath, which may be more difficult for older people.

First want to say Honfleur is a beautiful city but this property is awful. When I picked hotel air conditioning was listed as amenity. After we checked in and entered our way too small and hot room it was realized there was no A/C. We had too sleep in heat with windows open- making it extremely noisy and bugs entering as there were no screens. The low point of our accommodations in France for sure. I did attempt to contact Expedia customer service and front desk at hotel with no resolution. All around bad customer service. If you value a decent night sleep avoid this place !!

Really nice. Characterful. Clean. Well located. Nicely finished. Staff Helpful. Difficult to criticise, other than rooms varied in size, shape and efficacy of the air con. Difficult to park nearby to check in though- then paid parking some distance away on very tight one way streets, but it was secure and once cars parked up, all good as Honfleur is very walkable.

Location is perfect but the hotel is in need of renovation. We have stayed here several times but were disappointed this time to see that the condition of the hotel is not what it had been. The rooms seem drab, carpeting is worn and amenities are minimal. The staff is personable but perhaps not as experienced as in the past.

Friendly hotel on the harbour front, very convenient for town centre, restaurants and shops. We stayed in an apartment room with good space and amenities. Would have been good to have assistance with our bags up three flights of stairs but no help was available when we arrived. View was excellent.

Excellent service, great view
Great location. Our room on the last floor had a great view on the harbor and was still very quiet. The staff are all very kind and make you feel at home. The lady serving breakfast is amazing, professional and friendly, the buffet is excellent. We had no issues with the parking, we left our car next to the hotel, in a public parking at 10 EUR for 24 hours. We could certainly come back.
