"Nice place to stay!"

"The recent room renovations are nice. And needed. The property was becoming sad, but they've managed to pump some new life into it. I didn't enjoy having to wait to ride the elevator to my room. Not sure if they just didn't build enough considering the number of guests in the hotel. Also, the gym was a joke. They had a sign that they were remodeling, but I could see nothing was being done. They had like 10 dumbells, 1 treadmill, and a walled mirror. For a hotel this size, this was unacceptable. It said you could go use the Sheraton's gym, wherever that was."

"Hotel was pretty good. Kiddos loved the water park area. Our building had a strong floral odor that was very over powering every time we entered the building. No restaurant on site and NO continental breakfast offered."

"The less-than-stellar reviews surprise me. Yes, the rooms could use some updating. But all the positives extremely outweigh this: - Big rooms with very comfy bedding and pillows. No problem with finding available outlets (someone else mentioned the lack of outlets but that wasn’t the case in my room) - TV with lots of channels (yes, channel guide is on a printed paper but I’d rather have that then stay at a hotel where their TV service barely worked/no guide) - Fast elevators - Beautiful lobby with very helpful staff - Multiple places to eat/grab food to bring up to your room. Breakfast buffet was yummy! - Gift shop/deli has almost everything you might need while traveling with friendly workers. - Shuttle service: on time, nice drivers I would absolutely stay here again!"
