It's about a luxury maisonette (3-floor apartment 80sq m), 1 minute walk (30m!!!) from a sandy beach in Gerakini, Sithonia, fully equipped with modern furniture and devices necessary for the guests to feel like home.

The Maisonette can accommodate up to 7 people, is bright and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, private barbeque and parking lot for guests coming with a car.

All the floors are connected with indoor stairs and all the rooms have mosquito nets.

Ground floor:

The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, WC (with washing machine) and two terasses (1 with sea-view and barbeque and 1 with view to the road).

The kitchen is fully equipped and it contains all necessary devices and utilities: heating stove with oven, extractor fan, fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine etc.

The living room has a TV, DVD player with speakers.

Guests also have a dining table available to be used in cases when they prefer to dine inside. The two sofas can be turned to beds if needed.

The ground floor also has two terasses with access to the gardens: the front one with the sea view and the flower garden, and the backyard with the road view.

The whole floor is fully Air-conditioned.

Upper floor:

On the first floor there are two bedrooms (each with its own terrace. Room 1 and 2 in photos), and the bathroom which has a shower.

Room 1 consists of a double bed, a wardrobe, desk, TV, Air-condition and balcony with sea view.

Room 2 consists of a bed, fan, balcony with view to the road and an attic. The attic, which is ideal for kids, has an extra single-bed, TV and fan.

Lower floor:

Downstairs there is a room (room 3) with 2 single beds, fan, TV and a big window.
