My daughter and I have stayed here quite a few times. The proprietress is always so friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. I also like the added bonus of a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Staff are very attentive to guests. Good dining options down the road. We like how there is a sink in the bathroom and another sink outside of the bathroom by the mini fridge & microwave. Toilet seat was wobbly and one sink drain plug couldn't be closed, but otherwise everything else was great.

The owners seem like a really nice couple and are friendly however when I arrived they put me in a room with two queen beds instead of one king, not a big deal except when I got to the room three of the lights didn’t work, 4 of the outlets don’t get power. It looks like they cleaned most of the room but forgot to clean out the drawers so some of them have hair and dirt from the previous guest. The drawer in the bathroom was the worst. There’s also a smoke detector barely hanging onto the sealing with a bunch of masking tape.

For lights, the switch on the left side of the entrance door has to be turned on first. Smoke detector is in place and not hanging and working well. Any problem if any should have been conveyed to office immediately and not when you left. Nothing to shy about telling problems while in the room. King rooms are non smoking room with no back balconies for smoking. It was informed on his arrival Thanks.

The one thing I appreciate the most was accommodating to a late check-in. Their office closes at 10 and I was running late driving a long distance. I called and said I would be arriving closer 11pm and they told me to just ring door bell when I got there. Check in was fast and I really appreciate the great customer service. Thank you.

Property was conveniently close to Apple Hill which is a plus. We had 3 people in double room with only 2 towels in the bathroom. We stayed two nights. We asked for an extra towel around 10:30 before checkout on the last day, because the last person wanted to shower. The manager on duty told us no. She said we were checking out soon and she couldn’t give us a towel. So our guest had to reuse a towel we already had used those last two days. Yuck! We were livid. I told her again that the room had only two towels for 3 people, her excuse was she asked me the first day of checking in if I needed anything and I said no. So, it’s my fault. Obviously, we didn’t need towels the first 2 hours of checking into the room? She continued to give us excuses, still stating it was all my fault for her lousy service. We paid $280 for 2 days to be treated like crap. If you stay, bring your own towels and extra clean blankets from home. Bathroom needed a good scrub, mold was evident in the shower shelf window.

The Expedia booking stated 2 people not three ( there is an extra charge for 3rd person, which they avoided). During their stay time they refused any room service. At 10:55, just before checking out time 11AM, they asked for 3 more bath towels (do not know why?). They paid 260 not 280 ( please check). They left the room in a mess and threw litter all over. Even bathroom floor was all wet. Anyways thanks for your comment.

A quiet haven tucked away at an elevation of 3000 ft in the midst of nature. We loved the place. We had a good sleep over en route to South Lake Tahoe. Will do it again another day.

The motel is ok -- Our room set up was functional and it was in the right location for our needs for one night. What is terrible is that you cannot contact the front desk -- they use a service, ReservationDesk.com so you can't talk to anyone who actually works at the Motel. No phone number for their front desk was given and ReservationDesk app did not answer after I waited a long time. In the future, I will not make a reservation at any motel that doesn't answer its own phone or supply you with their own phone number.

It wasn’t to bad my kids found a dog bone underneath their bed the back deck had a broken bottom rail and there was a lot of dry grass off the deck. But all in all it wasn’t that bad. For the money I would stay there again.

I have stayed at WestHaven Inn every spring for many years. This place is always very clean and the rooms are VERY spacious with a small patio. The refrigerator is a nice size. The rooms are VERY quiet. The owners are nice and the price is reasonable.

When someone anonymous do not leave at checkout time and delays that by 2 hours then things are terrible.
