This Spanish villa with 2 bedrooms is situated between the Tramuntana mountains and the seafront. With a large private swimming pool and a pleasant garden, there is plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the surroundings. Villa Virrey is a short distance from both the old town of Pollensa and the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa. The traditional-style living room runs the entire length of the villa and has patio doors on 2 sides that open directly onto the terrace next to the pool. The dining area is located next to the kitchen entrance, which has a smaller breakfast table and a door leading to the barbecue and outdoor dining area. On the other side of the living room, there is a living room with an ornamental fireplace and traditional Mallorcan decor, with a guest toilet next to the stairs completing the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom features traditional Spanish furniture and built-in wardrobes, with views of the surrounding countryside. The large private swimming pool is undoubtedly one of the highlights of Villa Virrey. The surrounding terrace has plenty of space for sunbathing. Or, if you prefer the comfort of shade, there is also a seating area on the perimeter covered terrace. The brick barbecue and outdoor dining area are located beside the house. Important information to take into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests. ## Property amenities ### Pool/Spa - Plenty of space and immaculately clean. Excellent communication with the Villa management company leading up to the stay. The bedrooms are air conditioned which was wonderfiul. The only criticism was the TV - it doesn't appear to be a SMART TV and we could only access 3 channels, which were all in Spanish, so I would recommend bringing your devices if you like a bit of holiday TV watching. Great location - very close to Pollenca, which is a beautiful place. You will need a hire car for this villa. It was pretty straight forward to find, but the roads are VERY narrow with stone walls (and cats!) so not or for the feint hearted, particularly after dark. The lounge and dining area are a lot larger than the photos illustrate. The only thing to be aware of is that you need to either bring or purchase incidentals like salt, pepper, tin foil, olive oil etc. However, this should deter you renting the villa. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten einen Stromausfall von 12h, da die Wasseraufbereitungsanlage immer wieder einen Kurzschluss ausgelöst hat. Leider war der Kundenservice und die Kommunikation sehr, sehr schlecht und unfreundlich. Zudem kam, dass wir durch den Stromausfall viele Lebensmittel entsorgen mussten. Auch hierzu kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Die Zwischenreinigung wurde leider auch nicht wie angekündigt durchgeführt. Wir mussten den nächsten Tag nachfragen, obwohl man sich bei uns melden wollte. Daher gibt es auch hier den Punkt Abzug für die Sauberkeit.
