Its interiors offer a bright, cosy and sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for those seeking comfort and design in one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca. The property has approximately 170 m² distributed across four spacious double bedrooms and three full bathrooms, two of them en suite, as well as a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining room with seating for eight people, an open-plan contemporary kitchen and a large glass door that opens onto the back patio, where you will find a pleasant outdoor area with a private pool of around five by two metres, perfect for cooling off on warm days, along with a convenient outdoor shower. An elegant iron staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed, along with two modern bathrooms, one of them en suite. On the top floor is the magnificent master suite, offering privacy, its own bathroom and access to a private terrace, ideal for relaxing at sunset. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and free Wi-Fi. Although it does not have parking, its location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the main square, restaurants, shops and only a short drive from the best beaches in the area.
