The apartment is next to a lovely communal pool in beautiful grounds with streams and ponds connected by little pathways. It is a perfect spot to relax and adults and children can also enjoy the pool. As you open the front door to the apartment, there is a comfortable open-plan sitting/dining room with TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate utility room with a washing machine. It sleeps five guests in three bedrooms. There is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin room and a bedroom with bunk beds. The twin and bunk bedded rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This family holiday apartment in the Bellresguard complex is easy walking distance from Puerto Pollensa bay, one of the most beautiful resorts in the Mediterranean. It catered for all our needs. The size of property is ample. My Mother in law preferred to stay on the terrace and use the sun beds in our private garden. The Pollentia staff were really helpful as was the Information pack with their recommendations.
