Villa Gotmar 35 is a beautiful, spacious villa, offering all the ingredients needed for a wonderful, easy going holiday for families of all generations, or groups of friends. In addition to the private heated pool, it offers a self-contained games room with pool table and internet TV, outdoor table tennis, a large comfortable living room with smart TV and two lovely outdoor terraces which catch the sun at different times of day. With a built area in excess of 380 square metres, even when fully occupied, there is room for everyone to have their own space!



The large main living room is airy and beautiful. It features solid wood roof beams, terracotta tiled floor, traditional fireplace, cosy sofas and easy chairs. The large, flat screen TV offers smart TV including British channels, as well as a fast internet connection. With air conditioning, it offers the perfect place for everyone to chill out and watch a film.



The separate dining room is light, bright and airy. Large French windows let in the soft Mediterranean light, and the solid wood table and chairs make it a really inviting place for the family to congregate for dinner.



The dining room opens up onto a gorgeous, secluded outdoor terrace that features lovely wooden decking, blooming pot plants, as well as plenty of tables and chairs for relaxation. This deck overlooks the pool, which enjoys the sun all day.



The kitchen is not only spacious and attractive, but also practical. It is fully equipped with all the mod cons you need such as the large, American-style fridge freezer, induction hob, large microwave and Nespresso machine. Barbecue tools and a coal barbecue are also provided. A recent addition is a filtered water tap which offers drinking water, saving on the need for endless plastic bottles!



The villa has been refurbished very recently and now offers a super self-contained games room, including a pool table, big sofa and large internet TV. This room overlooks the outdoor table tennis area and terrace where a lovely seating area catches the evening sun.



On the ground floor, there is a large double bedroom, newly refurbished shower room, and another twin bedroom. In addition, there is a WC/cloakroom and large laundry room with washing machine and plenty of hanging space.



Upstairs on the first floor, there are three more bedrooms. The large double master bedroom features a new super-king size bed, huge walk-in wardrobe and delightful en-suite bathroom with ‘rain’ head shower and his and hers basins...large windows let in lots of light and the polished wooden floor adds a real touch of class. All of the villa's bedrooms are air-conditioned.



Two additional twin bedrooms allow Villa Gotmar 35 to sleep up to 9 guests in comfort with the option to use the sofa bed in the games room or additional camp beds if required. There is one further bathroom on the top floor in addition to the master bedroom en-suite; in total offering 3 bathrooms and 1 cloakroom.



A cot and high chair can also be provided if needed.



The villa offers secure off-street parking with a private gated entrance. The resort’s beautiful beach, popular restaurants and upmarket shops are very close by, with the walk to the beach being flat and just 7 minutes. A number of restaurants and local supermarkets are within a 5-minute stroll.



With Palma International airport an easy 50-minute drive away via motorway, Gotmar 35 really is a fabulous rental property.
