Pinewalk Apartment Brisa is spacious and airy with a fabulous terrace right on the bay. One of the finest apartments on the Pinewalk to rent with direct access to the sea-front and 5 metres from a beach. All the rooms are at ground level. They're cool and airy with white walls and tiled floors. The lounge-diner opens out onto the terrace, with comfortable sofas, flat-screen tv, satellite tv, Internet and a DVD/CD stereo. The kitchen has lots of storage space and appliances including a washing machine,dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. There are two double bedrooms, and one single bedroom all with crisp pale linens and simple furniture. One twin room has an en-suite shower room. There's also a second family bathroom. The terrace is a fantastic space with gorgeous views around the bay, elegant furniture, tall shady trees, and a paved area which is great for children to play. Two more steps lead onto the Pine Walk and the beach. Pinewalk Apartment Brisa is a lovely holiday home in one of the most beautiful places on Mallorca. The beach and the sea are just moments away, and it's only a short walk into Puerto Pollensa's main square for shopping and eating. And if you can drag yourself away from the beach, Pollensa's Old Town and beautiful countryside are a ten-minute drive inland. It is close enough to the restaurants and shops for convenience but located far enough away for it to be very secluded and quiet. The terrace is large and catches both sun and shade all day.
