  • This newly renovated house is ideally located 100 metres from the beach of Puerto Pollensa. It is perfect for those who want to be central yet have all of the comforts of a holiday home with terrace and swimming pool.



    Casa El Cano has 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms and a shared bathroom with shower. There are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom.



    There is an open plan living, dining, kitchen which is modern and very spacious. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The living area is also modern in design with comfortable sofas, large flatscreen TV, DVD and internet connection.



    To the rear of the property there are glass doors which lead out to a large patio with pool, sun beds, dining terrace and barbecue. This is a great area to spend time while you are not at the beach, soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade. If you prefer an al fresco dinner at the house rather than sampling the variety of restaurants and cafés within walking distance there is a dining terrace and barbecue.
