It is the ideal place for all those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquillity that these surroundings offer. The charming, rustic farmhouse has a living-room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. There is also Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair at your disposal. In the picturesque outdoor area with a covered terrace, a pool and a barbecue you can enjoy your meals alfresco and relax and unwind. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 5 km away in Port de Pollença and can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The sandy beach in the bay of Pollença can be reached in 10 minutes by car. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request). Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus nur Naturgeräusche: Zikaden, Vögel, mal einen Hahn. Da es aber in einer Sackgasse liegt, kommt fast nie ein Auto vorbei - aber von der Strasse ist das Haus eh nicht einsehbar. Das Haus hat in nahezu jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, so dass man es auch an heissen Tagen gut aushalten kann. Es gibt einen grossen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler - sogar einen Kamin. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss 2 Bäder und 1 Schlafzimmer- im 1\. Stock zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Cons: Man muss wissen, dass das Trinkwasser auf Mallorca und im Raum Pollenca sehr Kalziumhaltig ist. D.h. zum Zähneputzen sollte man Wasser aus dem Supermarkt kaufen. Bei 6 Personen sind Besteck und Teller etwas knapp bemessen (etwa jeweils 9 Teile) - so dass es - sofern man nicht gleich abwäscht - ggf. etwas eng werden kann. Aber das lässt sich regeln. Die letzten 200 Meter bis zum Haus ist die Strasse nicht mehr asphaltiert, sondern eine Schotterpiste. Mit einem tiefergelegten Auto könnte die Anfahrt problematisch werden, mit einem Nissan Juke war es überhaupt kein Problem. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Isabelle T.
