This cosy property is a great gem waiting to be discovered. The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with all amenities, attention to detail and an exquisite design. From the living room and at the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a patio with a jacuzzi and a barbecue. There is a toilet and a laundry room. Heated jacuzzi for a supplement of €18/day, minimum 3 consecutive days. (available from October to May) On the first floor we can find two spacious bedrooms, one for a couple and another with two beds. The room with two beds has a bathroom with a shower. The icing on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy views of the village and the mountain range. This is definitely a very solid addition to our portfolio, and certainly not a property that one would want to miss. The air conditioning is included in the 24-hour rental price The tourist tax is included in the rates. Information to be taken into account: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The internet connection was mostly working and we had sufficient wifi in the bedrooms, unfortunately the wifi quality differs through the different areas of the house. Pollenca is a beautiful town in the north-west and with a car rental we travel all over the island. The cleaning service was as we expected and the kitchen was well equipped. ##### Michael J.
