Located just steps away from Pollença beach, it offers the perfect setting to stroll along the bay, admire its extensive sandy strip and the tranquil waters of the Mediterranean. The house is surrounded by a pleasant terrace that invites outdoor living. It features an outdoor table ideal for lunching under the sun, as well as a cosy sitting area with armchairs and a low table, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink. The interior of the dwelling is decorated in white tones, which provides a sense of spaciousness, brightness, and serenity. On the ground floor is the living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs in front of the satellite television (Astra) and a fireplace that turns the space into a warm refuge during the winter. Through an arch, one accesses the dining room, which has air conditioning and a large window that floods the room with natural light. The bedroom on this floor has two single beds and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and an independent utility room with washing machine and iron. On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and air conditioning, while the second offers two single beds and also has air conditioning. All of them are carefully decorated with details designed to make you feel at home. Bambú is the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable holidays in Mallorca, combining comfort, tranquillity and a privileged location by the sea. IMPORTANT: All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place overall! ##### Mehmet B.
