As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this charming townhouse. The open concept living room blends seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, making it the ideal space to gather with family and friends. The kitchen features modern appliances, ample open-plan space with dining table, and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.   
  
The four cosy bedrooms offer comfortable beds for up to 8 people. Two bathrooms ensure that everyone has the space they need to prepare for a day of exploration or relax after a day at the beach.

The property is built on three levels.   
  
On the main one you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom with double bed (150x190cm), a complete bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190cm), the kitchen, the living room with two sofas and two armchairs, the dining room with a table for 8 people and the access to a small interior patio where the laundry is located.   
  
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with shower and an outside terrace.   
  
On the lower level we have the terrace and pool area with the barbecue.   
  
Comfort and services:   
  
Air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Barbecue, High chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Table tennis. Fully equipped with bed linen and towels.   
  
Note 1\. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.   
  
Note 2\. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.   
  
Note 3\. Check-out time is 10:00\. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00\.   
  
Note 4\. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.   
  
Note 5\. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw, to be paid on departure   
  
Note 6\. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Points forts : Propreté

After the initial shock of accessing the property through a wooden door on a busy street the villa itself was large and garden good. It could do with new fridge/freezer as there were no shelves in the fridge door.it would be useful to have more storage space for food we bought which didn't need to be refrigerated . Overall we had a good time once you got used to the road noise if you slept in the front.
