You will enjoy diving in the crystal clear waters, the unique scenery and various activities during the season from April to October. This classic and unique 4-bedroom villa has two floors, with the main entrance to the living room located on the first floor. This space of the villa is open and connected to a terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the swimming pool. The living room is completely renovated, with parquet floors and comfortable sofas where you can read a good book, enjoy a local wine, or watch a TV program. On the first floor, there is also a bright and airy open plan kitchen, with all the basics you might need, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, also electric kettle and coffee machine. The ground floor is where all the bedrooms are located. There are three twin bedrooms and a family bathroom between them and a double bedroom with another bathroom next to it. They are all light coloured, spacious, comfortable and bright and have access to the garden that surrounds the whole property. Three of the bedrooms also have new parquet flooring. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. On the terrace there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax after a day at the beach. There is also a barbecue. Villa Mariner is situated in the North of Majorca. Hidden in one of the most beautiful and quiet parts of the island but close to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The VIlla is 7 minutes from the charming center of Pollença with restaurants, shops, cultural centers and cafes. Public transport is very close and you can access everything needed by walking distance. Although we recommend to hire a car as you can explore much more the beauty and landscape of Mallorca. Cala Sant Vicens enviroment are little villages, mountains and the sea. The nearest town is Pollença, full of history and with a unique and lovely ambient with bars, cafes & good restaurants. Another village close to Villa Campomar is Puerto Pollença, famous for the beautiufl harbour with fisherboats and yates, the stunning boulevard close to the sea, the shops and supermarkets. There is also a wide variety of water sports available like jet ski, sailing or sky surfing. Another highlight for our hiking and sporty guests will be a walk over the mountain that rounds Cala Sant Vicens to the port. Great scenery and stunning views as its best ! \* \* \* \* \* Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation. Tourist tax is included in the price online. Great views. Villa a little tired but as we spent most of time outside it didnt matter. Lovely clean pool. Close to beach, and close enough to walk to Puerto Pollensa, and Pollensa if you like walking. Dishwasher, and washing machine was appreciated, as were the outside dining table, and chairs. Lovely sunny patios equipped with sun beds. Pool towels provided, and a greatly appreciated welcome pack. Overall excellent value for money for our April visit. Villa could have been cleaned a bit better, floor was dirty, and units covered with dust. We stayed for 12 nights in this lovely villa. Light and airy. Spacious inside and out. Great pool with some welcome shady spots. Partially modernised interior - lounge, dining room & all bathrooms - but perfect for us. Large flatscreen TV in lounge and modern furniture in dining room are not shown in the photos. Separate utility room with washing machine & drying racks appreciated. Was concerned it might be hot with aircon only downstairs but upstairs was fine with natural air flow & fans. Never tired of the beautiful 270 degree view from the terrace of the mountains and green valley sides. Great service & communication from Owl Booking. Loved the location - 5 mins walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. As well as snorkelling from the 4 coves, we were able to hire SUPs and do kayak (Mon d'Aventura) & boat (La Cala Boat Tours) tours from Cala Molins beach.10 mins drive to Pollenca old town or Puerto Pollenca. We mostly self-catered - several small supermarkets in CSV and big Eroski & Lidl 7 mins drive - kitchen well equipped. Good starting point for walks when the weather is cooler.
