### Serelleta traditional property with private swimming pool

This charming villa is located on the outskirts of Pollensa's old town, a place brimming with natural beauty. The villa's location offers a perfect blend of tranquillity and proximity to all the attractions that make this corner of the island a perfect destination for unforgettable holidays. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, Villa Serelleta is the ideal refuge for couples or families seeking to enjoy the peace and beauty of the island, without compromising on comfort and proximity to everything Pollensa has to offer.   
  
Upon entering the villa, visitors are greeted with an interior full of character and a welcoming, charming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, allowing for easy preparation of delicious meals. The high ceilings with exposed wooden beams provide a sense of spaciousness and luminosity, while quality finishes elevate the comfort level of the stay. Additionally, the villa features a wooden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying an informal meal in a calm and relaxed environment.   
  
Serelleta boasts two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, becomes a private sanctuary, ideal for resting after a day exploring Pollensa. The second bedroom, with two single beds, has access to an additional bathroom, well-decorated and comfortable, which serves this bedroom and the villa's common areas.   
  
One of the villa's great jewels is its fabulous covered terrace. This outdoor space, furnished with comfortable wicker chairs and tables, is the ideal place to relax during the day or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. In the same space, there is a large dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners while contemplating the impressive view surrounding the villa. The connection between the interior and exterior is seamless, allowing enjoyment of fresh air and views at all times.   
  
Descending a few stairs, one accesses the garden and private pool, an oasis of tranquillity where one can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The pool is spacious and features a solarium area with sun loungers and umbrellas surrounded by vegetation and with a serene atmosphere; the pool is the ideal place to take a refreshing swim or simply relax by the water.   
  
To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, the villa offers air conditioning, available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 hours.   
  
Information to be taken into account:   
  
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.   
  
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.   
  
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The villa was lovely and rustic! It was in the middle of nowhere, which suited us perfectly but perhaps more of it should be made when advertising the property!
