This cozy apartment located in Puerto de Pollensa has a capacity for two people and is completely renovated with a modern style. It has an excellent location, a few meters from the beach and the promenade with its restaurants, shops, cafes, and the marina.  
  
The building has separate entrances to the apartment block and the pool area, with space for sunbathing and sun loungers. The kitchen is integrated into a living room with large windows with access to the terrace, ideal for breakfast. A large amount of natural light makes the apartment a very bright and comfortable space.  
  
The house also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It has air conditioning and heating to make your stay much more pleasant. This building has a patio with a communal pool to take a bath in summer, sunbathe or sit down to read a book.  
  
Take advantage of the infinite possibilities that Pollensa offers, such as enjoying the various hiking routes through the Serra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, discovering coves with turquoise waters. Do not forget to visit La Gola, an area of ​​marshes where you can observe the fauna, and flora of the area, as well as the Formentor lighthouse. In addition, Puerto de Pollensa offers a wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets that will make your stay much more comfortable.
