« We had an amazing stay here. Katie was very responsive and easy to get in contact with if we needed anything. The space was clean and honestly a bit bigger than I thought which was nice. The views are amazing on both sides of the house and we got the best weather while we were there. The dogs loved being a tennis balls throw away from the beach. Can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be coming back in the future. »

The house feels fresh with newly redone floors, and the beds/pillows are incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the quality coffee and the fact that the washer/dryer worked great. « 10/10 for the view! This home.. felt like home with a million dollar view. We were fortunate enough to see sea lions right out the window facing the ocean. It was a quaint and homey little places, while we were there, we honestly had every thing we needed. Down to wine openers, and a large option of retro movies! We will hopefully stay here many more times in the years to come while visiting our daughter in Newport! Thank you Jim and Lana for being amazing hosts and answering every single...

« The house was very welcoming and clean. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and clean. Ample parking for a fullsize truck and SUV. The yard was clean and fenced all the way around. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils needed to make meals. There were nice little touches throughout the house like a wine exchange, kids toys area, board games, an art table, little plaques with helpful messages, and extra cozy throw blankets.We really enjoyed our stay and will...

« Great communication from the owners. Property is adorable and we made it work for eight adults. Didn’t spend much time inside. The area is full of stuff to do. Please note, this is a beach property. Read reviews. My husband and I stayed in the carriage house and brought an air purifier. Worked wonderfully!
