The small but fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, the washer and dryer are yours to use, parking is off-street in a driveway, and in addition to the three bedrooms, additional sleeping is available on the large wrap-around couch. Mature trees provide shade throughout the day in the front and back yards. (The back yard is PARTIALLY fenced, NOT fully) The three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans/lights on remote control. A floor fan is also available. The master bathroom includes grab bars for those who may need stability in the shower or bathroom. A small (complimentary) gas grill is on the back patio, along with fresh herbs from a small herbs garden. A brief walk or drive brings you to the local fishing pier, basketball and tennis courts, a local park, and access to Van Fleet State Trail (29.2 miles long!) and Auburndale Teco Trail (6.6 miles long). We are pet friendly, and understand traveling with animals (we travel with ours!).
