Villa Nisa is a single-family holiday rental located in Visočane, 12 km from Ražanac and 19 km from the center of Zadar, Croatia. The property offers a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking, providing an ideal vacation experience.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of Villa Nisa's private outdoor space, spanning 1,000 square meters. Relax by the angular swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm) with an internal staircase, available seasonally from May 1st to October 1st. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, barbecue area, and pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.

Within the house, you'll find essential amenities such as internet access and a washing machine. Villa Nisa offers parking for up to 2 cars on the premises.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 4-room house with a total area of 100 square meters, offering a south-facing position for optimal sunlight and warmth. The living/dining room spans a generous 46 square meters and is equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning for your comfort. This room provides direct access to the terrace through an exit. The property features three bedrooms, one with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, another with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, and the third room with two beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine for your convenience. The property also offers two bathrooms, one with a bath/WC combination and the other with a shower/WC. While there is no heating option available, the south-facing position and air conditioning should provide a comfortable environment. Additionally, you will have access to a roofed terrace spanning 34 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a delightful view of the swimming pool.  
  
Other Information  
The property is equipped with additional facilities to enhance your vacation experience, including a safe for securing your valuables and a baby cot for families traveling with infants.
