"From start to finish customer service excellent. Room decor shower bathroom mini fridge slippers and robes complimentary water and cleaning every day if needed. Free extended checkout for one hour and 10 euro pr hr after that. Massive help. Close to restaurants bars shops ice cream parlours excellent bus service to take you to city centre and towns for €1.30 each way. Taxis and ranks on hand. €6 euro to puerto chico next town full of eateries bars and by harbour. Only downfall of hotel is no pool and not a great menu in restaurant and bit of an odour so never ate there. Has a gym and salons and specialised delicatessan next door. "
