We stayed at JetPark Hotel Hamilton Airport for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations.
1. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with visible hair across the floor.
2. The basin was also unclean, and we ended up having to clean it ourselves.
3. The basin leaked onto the floor whenever it was used.
4. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and shifted when sitting down, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, the toilet roll provided was wet, which should never occur in any hotel.
5. The room’s TV setup was disappointing. There was no smart TV functionality (YouTube, Netflix, etc.), and guests were expected to connect their own devices to watch their own content. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to connect mine.
Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not up to the standard expected of a modern hotel. JetPark Hotel Hamilton Airport usually has a good reputation, so this stay was disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

"The property is absolutely immaculate. It is near the centre, it is quiet. Parking spaces are a bit small but are right outside the door. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom ahd kitchen facilities are very clean and well maintained. I have no complaints whatsoever."
