Tranquil acres, located on the prestigious Mistletoe Lane in the heart of wine country. The property enjoys sweeping views over a large, calm, scenic lake surrounded by pristine natural beauty. Local wildlife is abundant, with swans, spoonbilled egrets, ducks, moorhens, and the occasional pelican making an appearance. Kangaroos are frequent visitors at dusk and dawn, adding to the serene, quintessentially Australian atmosphere. This exceptional fully air-conditioned property features beautifully landscaped gardens with unique external art pieces and comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. It includes five to seven spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a variety of entertainment spaces. With a stunning refreshing pool and flame gas open fire, The Mistletoe Lake House will suit every mood, occasion and season. Enjoy a large snooker/pool room, a cinema room with an oversized TV, and a stylish card and games salon offering backgammon, chess, cards, and even roulette. The home also includes a dedicated office and a second TV room, an open-plan modern kitchen, lounge, and dining area all with sweeping views over the Lake. The extensive covered outdoor areas located next to the refreshing pool, compromise of outdoor dining and lounge spaces perfect for entertaining, a weber and wood-fired BBQ and a Pizza oven plus a Fire Pit for the cooler months. Accommodation consists of two king bedrooms (can be split into king singles), two queen bedrooms and a very large master suite with a queen bed and two single beds, TV and private ensuite. For added flexibility, the office and cinema room can be converted into a sixth and seventh queen bedrooms using a large Koala sofa bed to comfortably host additional guests you’re up for some wine tasting on foot, you’re in luck! You’ve got a handful of great wineries within easy walking distance. Thomas Wines is just about 500 meters away, Mercer Wines (formerly Scarborough Wine Co.) is around 700 meters, and Keith Tulloch Wine and Cocoa Nib handmade chocolates is roughly a kilometer from the house. For a slightly longer stroll or a short Drive, Piggs Peake Winery and Tintilla and Latitude 32 and Jan and Jones are about 3 kilometers away.
