Conveniently located within walking distance to A Day on the Green concert venue, and just a short transfer to other music events, award-winning restaurants, and world-class wineries, this property offers the ultimate Hunter Valley escape.

#### Such great potential

The property had all the elements to create a beautiful trip away. Sadly little elements such as the lack of cutler/dirty kitchen wear, missing essential products (soaps, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine products ) and the general TLC that the property lacked in its maintenance made for a disappointing experience.
