"Good location and proximity to the plaza. Hotel was undergoing some construction. The heat/cool wasn’t working in our first room. They moved us, second room had some holes that needed to be patched for work being done. Nice room size, staff was nice and did their best to accommodate."

"The property is a little shabby, but nothing horrible. People are so nice and friendly, breakfast was yummy, loved the hot tub and sauna. Room was clean, terrific bed and top notch lotion/soap/body wash toiletries. Will definitely stay again"

"Checked in once we saw the property and room it was time to go. The king size bed looked like it was rode hard and put away wet. Nonetheless, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us a complete refund and we were on our way to find new accommodations."

"Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining."
