### Le Relais Poitevin - Grand T3 proche gare

Located behind Poitiers train station in a quiet residence, this completely renovated apartment is ideal for family stays to discover Poitiers and Futuroscope.  
  
Spacious and comfortable, it consists of a large modern living room with a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc.). The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms, it's a 140 double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower which will allow you to relax after a busy day.

 ￫ We provide you with bathroom linen and bed linen.  
 ￫ Beds are prepared before your arrival.  
 ￫ The cleaning of the accommodation is rigorous and ensured by a professional company.  
  
All you have to do is put down your bags and relax!  
For a leisure or business stay, the apartment is ideal for all travelers!  
  
Access to the accommodation is completely independent thanks to a box present on site.  
  
For any contact, we are reachable and responsive by telephone (calls/texts) and via the platform's discussion thread.  
  
The apartment is located in a quiet residence, close to all amenities.  
You can find many shops near the accommodation (grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.). Poitiers city center is located 10 minutes away on foot.  
Please note, however, that the apartment is located behind Poitiers train station. Despite very good sound insulation with double-glazed windows, there may be train noise that can sometimes be heard in the background.  
  
Poitiers train station is located 100m away. The city center 8 minutes walk. The apartment is located 10 minutes by car from the Futuroscope Park.  
If you come by car, you can park in the street, or in the Pont Achard and Toumaï car parks just in front of the residence.  
  
Cleaning is included in the price, please respect the premises :)  
All household linen is provided on site (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats)  
Strictly non-smoking accommodation, parties are also prohibited.  
Internet connection, Wifi and Netflix are available throughout the accommodation
