### Le Petit Hôtel - Superbe studio entièrement neuf

Quiet and ideally located, discover Le Théatre, a comfortable, brand-new apartment in the heart of Poitiers! The apartment comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, microwave, oven, etc.) and a sleeping area with a double bed. The apartment has a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV and high-speed fiber-optic Internet connection. It also has a large, beautiful new bathroom with a large walk-in shower.  
All the necessary comforts are provided on site, as are household linen (sheets, covers, towels, etc.). The apartment is ideal for a short stay in Poitiers, as a couple or for a business trip.  
  
Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week.  
  
For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.  
  
For any contact, we are available and reactive by phone (calls/sms) and via the Airbnb discussion thread.  
  
You're in one of the city's most beautiful neighborhoods, the historic center of Poitiers.  
You'll find plenty of shops nearby (grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, bars, etc.).  
  
Poitiers train station is less than 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation, or 3 minutes by car. Parc du Futuroscope is about 15 min away by car.  
Please note, however, that the historic center of Poitiers is entirely pedestrianized. You can park close to the property, at the Parking Notre Dame for example, or at the Place de la Liberté.  
  
Cleaning is included in the price, so please respect the premises :)  
All linen is provided on site (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats).  
Strictly non-smoking accommodation, parties are also prohibited.  
Internet connection and Wifi available throughout the accommodation.
