Located behind Poitiers train station in a quiet residence, Le Modernisme is ideal for family stays to discover Poitiers and the Futuroscope. It has been completely refurbished and comprises a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has two bright bedrooms, each with a 140cm double bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, so you can relax after a busy day. ￫ Independent arrival possible ￫ Bed linen and towels are provided. ￫ Beds are made up before your arrival. ￫ Housekeeping is rigorous and provided by a professional company. All you have to do is put your suitcases down and relax! For a leisure or business stay, the apartment is ideal for all travelers! Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week. For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point.
