### Le Blossac - Charmant T1bis entièrement neuf !

Superb, brand-new 30m² studio tastefully decorated in a modern style, located in Poitiers city center.  
  
The apartment comprises a large main room with a real sofa bed and a mezzanine with a second double bed (sleeping 4 in total). It has a living area with a dining table and flat-screen TV (WiFi and internet connection included). The apartment also features a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Thanks to a small private patio, the apartment benefits from exceptional sunlight, making the living spaces extremely bright.  
  
Intimate and ideally located, this large studio will seduce you for a short stay in Poitiers!  
  
Access to the accommodation is completely autonomous, thanks to a "point relais" system in a tobacconist's shop opposite Poitiers train station. The relay point is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week.  
  
For late arrivals after 11pm, you will not be able to collect the keys from the relay point. In this case, an agent may come and welcome you on site, but you will be asked to pay an extra fee, in cash, to the person welcoming you. For hourly rates, please contact us.  
  
For any contact, we are available and reactive by phone (calls/sms) and via the Airbnb discussion thread.  
  
The apartment is located in the center of Poitiers, just behind the famous Parc de Blossac.  
You'll find plenty of shops nearby (grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.).  
  
The apartment is about 5 minutes' drive from Poitiers train station (10 minutes' walk) and 20 minutes' drive from Parc du Futuroscope.  
  
Cleaning is included in the price, so please respect the premises :)  
All linen is provided on site (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats).  
Strictly non-smoking accommodation, parties are also prohibited.  
Internet connection and Wifi available throughout the accommodation.
